This summer, we are hosting our first ever Surf and Yoga Retreat. We are looking at a brilliant weekend of surf, yoga, big views, great food and all around good vibes.
What we do:
The weekend will consist of the perfect mix of sea swimming, surf lessons, vinyasa yoga workshops and classes, all set to the stunning backdrop of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park.
You will finish up the weekend feeling strong and bendy, with salty hair and a big old smile.
Who is it for?
Never surfed before? No problem. Never done yoga? That’s cool .
Yoga and Surfing go together like coffee and donuts. Yoga can help improve your balance, pop up, breathing and that cruisey longboard style we are all forever seeking.
Surfing gives the 'pull' that yoga is missing (any yogis out there, you get me!), and can help with joint strength, stability and keeping your mind in the moment.
